Michael and Crystal began their love adventure in 2007, as they finally met after a mutual match-maker's relentless efforts had finally fell into place. Rebecca Striffler had somehow known that these two individuals were a perfect match and, as Crystal's sister-in-law and a family friend to Michael, she proved it true. Through their life experiences, Michael and Crystal both had their mind's set in the same direction and with eagerness and love they secured their dreams into reality as they quickly moved in together and, a year later, bought their first home. Michael and Crystal's love for one another has continued to grow through the many obstacles that they have faced, as well as the many good times they embrace with each other. To Crystal's surprise, Michael proposed on Christmas Eve 2009 at Washington Park in Albany, NY. He slowly took her through the Lights in the Park show and pulled out the ring as a huge lit up sign appeared at the end of the road, "Crystal Will You Marry Me?" Crystal couldn't absorb reality before the cars behind them began honking and shouting congratulations out their windows. Of course she said 'yes' and the Wedding planning began!

Crystal and Michael will be holding a small private ceremony and reception upon 'The Miracle' Carnival Cruise ship in the port of New York City on April 28th, 2011. Their honeymoon immediately follows, as the Miracle departs from port later on that evening and heads towards the Eastern Caribbean for 8 days. Crystal and Michael have extended the invite for all friends and family to join them upon the cruise to celebrate the unity of this couple in marriage, as well as to enjoy the unity of the important people in their lives.

This is a very exciting day for us, as we unite our love for one another in marriage and we are blessed to share it with you all. We wish that everyone could come along on our adventure, but we understand if it is not possible - just know that you may not be with us physically, but you will still be in our thoughts! We love you and thank you for being a part of our lives!!
